Guaranteed minimum payout
Every dispatch carries a guaranteed floor for the operator. When the job math lands below it, ops|six tops up the difference out of its own margin — never yours.
Mileage reimbursed in full
Travel beyond an operator's local radius is reimbursed 100% to the operator, and re-attempts caused by failed access are paid, not absorbed.
Earned advancement
Priority and emergency dispatches, and repeat visits, pay extra, volume discounts never reduce operator pay, and pay rises with completed dispatches and rating on a published split ladder.
